Frea Buckler studied Fine Art Printmaking at Central Saint Martins in London and has recently completed an MA at the University of the West of England. She says of her work," All my work comes from an interest in the way information is presented, how we perceive it and what we believe to be true. This is reflected in the materials and processes I choose to make my work. I start with digital collages made from found images, these may then be transformed Into screenprlnts, lino prints or monoprints. The intention is create a print where the origins of the medium are uncertain".  Her colourful and vibrant screenprints explore the pleasures and illusions of paradise by combining images of exotic flora and fauna with the azure blue of clear seas and skies.
