Lorna Siviter
Lorna Siviter Lorna is a freelance Illustrator and Printmaker living and working in Somerset. She graduated with distinction in 2008 from the MA in Printmaking at the University of the West of England. Her work is generally inspired by the design and advertising from the fifties and sixties – particularly the film titles of Saul Bass and the Graphic Design of Paul Rand.
She draws great inspiration from popular culture and observations from everyday life, adding her own contemporary but often very witty twists. Her love of colour is evident in her images – “colour can often change our moods, so I choose to use vibrant and vivacious colours to represent optimism”.
Lorna’s work has featured in many magazines including Top Gear, Elle Decoration, Spirit and Destiny and Redbook in the United States and she has designed for  the contemporary greeting card publishers Artists Cards and Soul Trader.
