Hetty Haxworth, born in Oxford, 1971, is a printmaker based at The Glasgow Print Studio. She obtained her degree from Glasgow School of Art and has been working and exhibiting for the past 15 years – extensively in the UK – with shows as far afield as Denmark, Brussels and California.Her abstract screenprints are based on organic forms – the exploration of the lines and textures on rock and stone, simplifying the composition with colour as the principle element creating a rhythmic quality within each print.
